The Little Black Book – Application Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

The Little Black Book (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by The Little Black Book Pty Ltd (ABN 87 920 174 439).
We curate a high-quality, intentional dating and coaching network for singles across Australia. These Terms govern your participation in our application and vetting process to be considered for membership.

2. Purpose of the Application

By submitting an application and paying the application fee, you acknowledge that:

a) You are applying for consideration to join The Little Black Book as a member.

b) Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program or any related services.

c) Approval of applications is subject to our internal review and vetting processes, which may include background checks, interviews, and other assessments.

3. Application Fee

a) A non-refundable application fee of $47 AUD is payable upon submission.

b) This fee covers administrative costs and vetting interview coordination with a TLBB Coach.

c) Payment of the application fee does not constitute acceptance as a member.

d) In the event of a duplicate payment or technical error, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days for review.

4. Vetting and Membership Invitation

a) Following payment and completion of the required forms, your application will be reviewed by our team.

b) We reserve the right to approve, decline, or request further information at our sole discretion.

c) Successful applicants will receive an invitation to join The Little Black Book and select a membership plan.

d) Unsuccessful applicants will not be refunded unless an administrative or billing error occurred.

5. Marketing Communications

By submitting an application, you consent to receiving email updates and marketing communications regarding your application, membership opportunities, and related services. You may unsubscribe at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in our emails.

6. Accuracy of Information

You confirm that all information provided in your application is true, complete, and your own.
Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in the rejection or termination of your application or membership without refund.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

a) The application fee is non-refundable, except in the case of duplicate or erroneous payments processed by us.

b) Withdrawing your application, failing to attend your interview, or not completing the vetting process will not entitle you to a refund.

c) Refund requests must be made in writing to [email protected].

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

a) We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment arising from your application or its outcome.

b) Participation in The Little Black Book does not guarantee relationship success or compatibility outcomes.

c) You agree to participate responsibly and release us from liability relating to any interactions with other applicants or members.

9. Privacy and Data Use

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Information collected during your application may be used for identity verification, background screening through accredited providers, and communication regarding your application or membership.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued participation in the application process constitutes acceptance of any revisions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

The Little Black Book (“we”, “our”, “us”) is currently in its pre-launch phase. At this stage, we are collecting expressions of interest only. By completing our form, you acknowledge that no services are being offered or provided to you at this time.

2. Purpose of the Form
Submitting an expression of interest does not create any contractual relationship, guarantee acceptance into The Little Black Book, or constitute a binding offer of services. It simply allows us to keep you informed about our progress and to invite you to apply when applications open.
